Clifford is a professional industrial chemist with vast experience in polymer and organic chemistry. He holds a professional training certification in renewable energy production and green chemistry. Clifford is a passionate young social entrepreneur with over 8 years managing Chemolex Company.Having worked in plastic manufacturing and packaging company before, Clifford has great expertise in polymer technologies, energy efficiency and optimization, and high-level product development. Clifford is also skilled in resource mobilization having successfully mobilized different funds for the organization's operations.
Martina Sikawa
Product Development & Research
Martina is a scientist with more than 3 years in manufacturing research with specific skills in biotechnology research, quality control and implementation of effective occupational health and safety standards in product development and manufacturing
Robert Achoge
Sales, Marketing, Human Resource & Administration
Robert has a degree in economics from the University of Nairobi and professional certifications in Human Resource management as well as marketing from Strathmore Business School. Prior to joining Chemolex, Robert worked in an International Hospitality College as marketing manager fro 2 years hence brings to the team skills in human resource management and market penetration strategies.
Eriq Nondi
Finance & Procurement
Eric is an exceptional self-driven tax professional, auditor and financial advisor with over 5 years experience from Big Four auditing firms and manufacturing companies. Prior to joining Chemolex, Eric worked at Ernest & Young as a senior tax and accounting consultant. He also worked as an auditor at Parker Randall Eastern Africa, gaining the much needed skills and expertise in conducting financial audits for various sectors including, service Industries, retail sectors, manufacturing, real-estate, and non-profit organizations.
Moses Okoth
Recycling & Data Manager
Moses is an experienced data and recycling manager with 8 years in managing data for different sustainable development projects. At Chemolex, he is in-charge of collecting data for all the 11 sites, plastic wastes segragation and integration of data in project monitoring and evaluation
Yvonne Arina
Stakeholder Engagement, Public Relations & Partnership Development
Yvonne brings to the organization more than 8 years of experience in journalism with different media organizations in East Africa. As a business journalist; Yvonne has developed unique and exceptional skills in brand development, stakeholder engagement and establishing effective partnerships with regulators, other businesses, customers and other key stakeholders.
